WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our warehouse is in Fruita, Colorado, also known as the Western Slope of Colorado. 

HOW LONG BEFORE YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

We are doing our absolute best to prepare your order as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day you place your order, it may take up to 2 business days to assemble, package, and ship your order. All orders are shipping from Fruita, Colorado. So most in state orders take 1-2 business days after it's shipped. All out of state orders take 3-5 business days once shipped.

CAN WE PICK UP OUR ORDERS DIRECTLY FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE? 

Its possible to pick up your order locally. As we are sharing our warehouse with THE GONDOLA SHOP, we ask you to take an appointment. Contact us at orders@westeezco.com or call/text us at 970-639-1702. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes we do!

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE SHIP?

We are doing our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. So once you hit submit, most orders cannot be changed. If you need to contact us you can email us at orders@westeezco.com or call/text us at 970-639-1702. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check back in about one business day after you have placed your order.
